Firmware

From time to time, we might send out a firmware update, which will include improvements and additional features. All dorpo products have an automatic update feature, and we suggest that you run this if a notice appears. We are suggest that periodically, you run a check.  As long as you are connected to the internet, your device will find the latest firmware and ask you if you would like to install it. Follow the on-screen instructions and you machine will be brought up to date.

Control Software

All dorpo products are designed to work as either a stand alone device or as part of a full-function home entertainment system or a whole-house automated control installation. Therefore, we have made all products capable of working well with third party automation platforms, either via a dedicated driver or through the IR and/or RS232. Below is the list of available drivers / control codes currently available:

Our engineers are keen to work with all third party platforms, so if there is a specific control brand that you do not see on the above list, please contact us and we will look into organising the required files as soon as possible.
